Rose for Emily
This short story at its heart is tale about the compressor
society and the way in which they can destroy people.
The incidents of the story

The incidents
of this story is unlined, because Faulkner present his story in random
fragment. It is not until the final sentence that the entire picture of miss
Emily is complete. We realize that having been denied male companionship by her
father. She despairs for human love , so she commits murder and then she uses
her aristocratic position to cover up that murder. But by killing Homer ,she
sentences herself to be alone.
